Why would I pay a subscription fee when there are endless free recipes online?
Love this app, very slick and easy to navigate. Cant wait to try out lots of new recipes.
A very attractive, well laid out app. I have cooked about ten of the recipes and all have been well received. I was enjoying the older Jamie Oliver recipes app, until this new one arrived. Excellent that I can still use those recipes. Think I will try the potato and leek soup today.
Maybe one out of forty are free recipes. Not even enough to see if it is worth the expense. Another money grab by a celebrity chef. Shame on Jamie. Erasing this APP. Wont watch any of your cooking shows now too.
A bit of UI/UX bugs but other than that it is amazing. Some menus dont have exit buttons, and some pages arent probably scaled to ios9.
Now my go to material for meal planning.
Nice app - only using the free recipes, but I love to look & ideas it provides :)
Only a limited number of free recipes. For the rest you need to pay and upgrade. Deleted this app within minutes of downloading. Why pay when there are other really good free alternatives.
At 2.49$/month you wont regret it!
Everything is clear, great photos, clear directions. Makes me want to cook!
Not bad access for a free app. However, the juiciest recipe require
I had great hopes but found most content is hidden unless you pay what I think is far too much for access. I have uninstalled it.
This app lives up to the high quality of Jamies recipes found in his cookbooks. Great variety!
Very useful tips for those who enjoy cooking
Paid for this app when it first came out then they changed the format to a subscription base. Then all the recipes I paid for with the original version also disappeared.
I love Jamie Oliver but this app is not very user friendly. Hard to use. the search options doesnt work well.
After watching Jamies Ted talk, I found this app. Looking at the description, I was very surprised that there are fees involved, and monthly ones at that. I had expected different. Was the TED talk just a hard sell for his product? I saw the talk again, and decided to pull the app down from the cloud to see if it had changed. Its Wednesday here, and all I can get is a link to a site that says there are free recipes on Mondays, an ad for a paid app, and a video of how great it is. Does that mean that last Mondays free recipes arent available to me? An app would be a great way to effectively distribute nutritional recipes, instructions and ingredients to the masses. I wish that this was the app that fulfilled Jamies dream. I will check back on Monday, and see if I can get the free bit working.
This app is absolute crap. All they try to do is get money for full version avoid at all cost
This app is now just an ad for the new app. Search by ingredient and almost all the results return a pop up to sell the new app. Delete!
